  2019 ALL-MIAA THIRD TEAM (COACHES): Offensive Line Amari Angram-Boldin, Fort Hays State,...Angram-Boldin, a junior from Pahokee, Florida, picks up the second All-MIAA honor of his career at FHSU. A third-team selection this year, he received second-team honors in 2018. He started all 11 games at left guard, a position he has anchored the last two years. Like Hessing, Angram-Boldin helped the Tigers average 41.4 points and 485.6 yards per game this season. - Fort Hays State Football

  2019 ALL-MIAA THIRD TEAM (COACHES): Wide Receiver Layne Bieberle, Fort Hays State,...A senior from Claflin, Kansas, Bieberle is now a four-time All-MIAA selection, this being his third selection as a receiver. He was both an all-conference receiver and punt returner last year, and earned an all-conference nod at receiver as a freshman. This year, he produced 40 catches for 741 yards and six touchdowns, while accumulating 208 punt return yards. He averaged a team-high 18.5 yards per catch.

Bieberle etched his name in the FHSU record books, finishing second on the career receiving yards and receptions lists, and third in receiving touchdowns, while owning the career punt returns and punt return yards records. Early in the season, he became the seventh receiver in school history to attain 2,000 receiving yards in a career. Bieberle finished with 2,625 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns on 168 receptions over four years, while adding 808 punt return yards on 87 attempts. Bieberle had 3,433 all-purpose yards in his career, 10th most for a career in Tiger history. - Fort Hays State Football

  2019 MIAA SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE YEAR (COACHES): Dante Brown, Fort Hays State,...For the second consecutive year, FHSU's Brown was named as the special teams player of the year. He had the longest field goal in the MIAA with a 56-yard make and ranked second in the league with 109 points scored. Brown was 19-of-23 when called upon and was 52-of-54 on extra points. On kickoffs, he had 41 touchbacks and averaged 58.8 yards per kickoff. - MIAA Football

  OCT 28 MIAA OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Chance Fuller of Fort Hay State received his second consecutive athlete of the week accolade for 2019. Fuller threw for a career-high 435 yards in a 37-31 win over Nebraska Kearney. He completed 28-of-38 pass attempts (73.7 percent) while throwing for three touchdowns. He connected on an 88-yard touchdown, the longest pass completion of his career so far. He also had touchdown passes of 15 yards and 9 yards in the first half while connecting with seven different receiving targets. - MIAA Football

  OCT 21 MIAA OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Chance Fuller of Fort Hays State received his first athlete of the week accolade for 2019. Fuller threw for 306 yards and four touchdowns in a 42-41 win at Pittsburg State. He completed 71.8 percent of his passes (23-of-32) and had two touchdown passes over 60 yards that went to Layne Bieberle, who finished with 152 yards on four catches. - MIAA Football

  OCT 14 MIAA SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: For the second time this season, Dante Brown of Fort Hays State was named the special teams athlete of the week. Brown accounted for 13 of Fort Hays States points in a 19-3 win over Emporia State. He made all four of his field-goal attempts, with his longest being 42 yards. Three of the four field goals were in the first half, helping FHSU build a 16-0 lead by halftime. Brown closed out the scoring with his fourth field goal of the game later in the third quarter. - MIAA Football
